Alicia partners with clients to create a space where they can feel safe to slow down, reflect, and explore their thoughts, feelings, and identities. Rather than being directed or advised, Alicia holds client beliefs, values, and perspectives as the basis for thoughtful questions, reflection, and gentle accountability - encouraging their personal expertise and intuition to uncover new awareness and insights. Alicia approaches the coaching space with intentionality, empathy, and a commitment to listen deeply.
