Meet Alicia…
As a Life and Wellness Coach, I see myself as a compassionate witness to your journey - an intentional thought partner. I have a deep appreciation of the complex, messy, wonderfully layered parts of being human, as well as the unique perspectives that authenticity brings. Through my own journey, I have found that the most meaningful way to navigate the unpredictable ups and downs of life is through connection, growth, and the kindness of others.

My approach is rooted in empathetic curiosity. With active listening and intentional presence, I partner with clients to create a space where they can feel safe to slow down and explore their thoughts, feelings, and identities. I hold client beliefs, values, and perspectives as a guide for thoughtful questions and meaningful reflection, encouraging their personal expertise and intuition to uncover new awareness and insights. My intention is to support clients in clarifying their goals, strengthening self-trust, and reconnecting with their authentic selves - so they can make meaningful change towards the life they want.

Life Transitions:
Life can be challenging, especially when it comes to big shifts and transitions - whether they are expected or not. I work with clients navigating change in their life by addressing the thoughts, feelings and challenges coming up within themselves, and getting to the root of what’s important. Whether you are navigating early adulthood, career shifts, parenthood, relationship changes, empty nesting, or later-life identity shifts - seasons of transition can deeply impact our sense of self and direction. Working with an intentional and compassionate coach can help bring clarity to your experiences, and support you in moving forwards towards the life you want.
Neurodivergence & Chronic Mental Health Conditions:
Navigating life alongside neurodivergence and/or chronic mental health conditions can sometimes feel like an uphill battle. I partner with clients under this umbrella who are wanting and ready to move their life from baseline to thriving - at a pace that is stable and comfortable for them. We may address goals around habits, routines, social connections and self care - as well as self-accommodating, and navigating skill regression during a burnout or episode. Together we explore the intersection where obstacles and capacity meet, and highlight the intention and values behind each goal in order to support moving forwards with confidence and sustainability.
Self Discovery & Personal Growth:
I am deeply committed to holding space for clients navigating their journey of self discovery; whether it’s completely new territory, or a path long undertaken. Personal growth is a process, and is incredibly unique to each individual - it can look like re-evaluating or uncovering your true sense of self, discovering your core values or interests, or connecting with yourself in new and intentional ways. In session, I support clients in exploring thoughts, feelings, themes, patterns, and beliefs - and make room for gentle questioning of the self, and reflection on new awareness with curiosity. My intention is to aid in bringing clarity and confidence to self discovery, so clients can feel empowered to move through the world as their true selves.
