MEET JEN…
Hi, I’m Jen. My personal and professional experiences—as a mother, partner, educator, and fitness instructor—have deeply shaped the way I show up in this work.
Through both lived experience and clinical training, I have developed a deep respect for the complexity, beauty, and occasional messiness of being human. Life can hold incredible joy, but it can also feel overwhelming, heavy, or disconnected at times. I understand how easy it is for emotional “clutter” to quietly build when we’re moving quickly through life, caring for others, meeting expectations, and rarely pausing long enough to process what we’re carrying.
I am passionate about creating a compassionate, grounded space where clients feel safe to slow down, explore their inner world, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.
I believe healing doesn’t require having it all figured out—it begins with creating enough space to pause, reflect, and gently begin.
How I Work
My approach is relational, holistic, and person-centred.
I integrate mindfulness, guided reflection, curiosity-based dialogue, and creative therapeutic approaches to support clients in exploring their experiences with greater clarity and self-compassion. My work is grounded in authenticity, empathy, and the belief that meaningful healing happens within safe, supportive relationships.
I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients can process challenges, uncover patterns, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels supportive to them.
Areas of Focus
• Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
• Life transitions and identity shifts
• Trauma-informed and attachment-based support
• Relationship challenges and personal growth
• Mindfulness and emotional regulation
• Self-discovery and reconnection
• Burnout, mental clutter, and overwhelm
With growing specialization in trauma-informed and attachment-based work, including certification in the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM), I support clients in understanding how past experiences may shape present patterns while fostering resilience, integration, and deeper self-awareness.
Life Transitions & Emotional Overwhelm
Life’s transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can leave us feeling untethered, overwhelmed, or uncertain of who we are.
I work with clients navigating periods of change, stress, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm by creating space to slow down, process, and reconnect with what matters most. Whether you are adjusting to changes in relationships, parenthood, career, personal identity, or other major life circumstances, therapy can offer meaningful support in untangling the emotional weight that often accompanies transition.
Together, we work toward greater clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
Trauma, Attachment & Relationship Patterns
Our past experiences often shape how we see ourselves, navigate relationships, and respond to stress.
With a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens, I support clients in exploring unresolved experiences, emotional patterns, and relational dynamics with compassion and curiosity. This work can help uncover protective strategies that may once have served a purpose but now feel limiting.
Through reflection, insight, and supportive therapeutic connection, clients are empowered to move toward healthier relationships, deeper self-understanding, and more intentional ways of being.
Self-Discovery, Mindfulness & Intentional Growth
Sometimes therapy begins simply by recognizing that something feels off—that you feel disconnected, stuck, or weighed down by the pace of life.
I am passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves through mindfulness, guided reflection, and intentional exploration. Together, we create space to examine thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and internal narratives while building practical tools for greater alignment and well-being.
My goal is to support clients in clearing the emotional clutter, reconnecting with their inherent strengths, and moving toward lives that feel more authentic, grounded, and fulfilling.
If you’re looking for a therapist who offers warmth, authenticity, and a compassionate space to slow down, reflect, and grow, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.
