TEEN THERAPY
Don’t Struggle Alone
It might feel difficult or uncomfortable to talk about things you’d never share with family or friends, but our goal is to help you feel safe, comfortable, and in control of your journey. This is your space, and your story is yours to share. What we talk about is private and stays between us. The only exceptions are safety concerns, like if someone is hurting you, you plan to hurt yourself, or you plan to hurt someone else. Even then, we’ll talk about it together, and you’ll have a say in what happens next.
We accept you exactly as you are and follow your lead during our sessions. Being a teen comes with so many unique struggles, choices, and emotions that can be overwhelming to navigate on your own. Therapy offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore your feelings, values, and goals while connecting with your authentic self.
