Stefan Morgan Dunn, MSc, RCT, Cert. Med, CCPA Prof. Reg.
“My path to psychotherapy began during my ten years as a divorce mediator, where I witnessed firsthand the power of repair in relationships. One pivotal case—a family on the brink of separation who chose to rebuild instead—reshaped my understanding of how healing can occur when people feel seen, heard, and supported. That experience inspired me to complete my Master of Science in Applied Psychology, specializing in mental health, and dedicate my career to guiding people toward growth, connection, and emotional well-being.”
MEET STEFAN…
I’m Stefan—a Registered Clinical Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most challenging moments. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect, offering a steady presence to those who feel misunderstood, disconnected, or overwhelmed.
I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally-Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where healing happens—whether that’s in your relationship with yourself or with others.

For Couples:
What if you could learn to understand your own patterns, and choose to mindfully connect with each other?
Relationships can feel like a dance—one partner pursuing, the other withdrawing—leaving both feeling lonely and unheard. Together, we can explore the patterns that keep you stuck, rebuild trust, and create a deeper, more authentic connection.
For Individuals:
What would it be like if together, we worked through the layers of the challenging emotions and help you find your affective voice—one that allows you to be heard without needing others’ approval?
If you’ve ever felt “too much” for others to handle, struggled with intense emotions, or battled anxiety, depression, or the effects of trauma, you’re not alone. I help clients find their emotional voice, develop self-acceptance, and build balance—without feeling they must fight for validation.
Addiction & Family Dynamics:
If you're finding it hard because of how addiction is impacting your family, I'm here to help you understand this difficult journey and find a way forward that works for everyone.
Addiction affects far more than the person using—it impacts the entire family. I help individuals and families break free from enabling patterns, set healthy boundaries, rebuild trust, and move toward healing, no matter where they are in the recovery journey.
No matter your story, I aim to offer a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported. Healing is a journey—and I’m here to walk alongside you as we co-create a path toward the life and relationships you want.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out for a consultation. Together, we can begin the work of transforming your story.
