Administrative Tasks in Order of Priority
Responding to new inquiries (unless an existing client is standing in front of you)
Responding to existing clients (this includes managing the waitlist(s), following up on payment, scheduling, billing, correspondence, etc.)
Responding to team member needs (tasks, emails, etc.) and because the two above take precedent, please refer team members to making tasks in the Jane EHR if they come up to the desk with a request so that you can be focused on the items above and so that the details of the request do not need to be remembered (this includes if Julia asks you something on the fly – if you have things from #1 or #2 you’re working on, please refer to making a task as well).
Other: following up on billing, restocking, data entry, month end tasks, emptying recycling, etc.
